Another tip from Cindy Ratzlaff is authors should consider holding monthly raffles. And to make that task easier, she named a couple of sites to make that promotion easier: 
WOOBOX.COM
TABSITE.COM
RAFFLECOPLER.COM
HEYO.COM

There are more sites, but you get the gist. I haven't done this promotion yet, but I can't wait to try it.
